As a result of the Second Parish Assembly the St. Agnes
Parish Council now has
10 to 15 suggestions for objectives and projects to help our parish meet each of our five Goals.
The Council is now working with the Pastor, the Finance Council, the Parish staff,
and the Stewardship Committee to discern when and how these objectives will be addressed
during the coming months and beyond. They will develop a Pastoral Plan for St. Agnes,
and the plan will be presented to the parish at mass in the early fall.

MISSION STATEMENT
The family of St. Agnes Parish living as God’s people since 1870 welcomes all in faith, hope and love.
Guided by the Holy Spirit we center our faith and worship on the Mission of Jesus Christ.
We strive to meet the needs of all through ministry in thought, word and deed.
Seeking the participation of all and strengthened by the Sacraments, we are committed to nourish our communities through prayer, evangelization, education and service.
GOALS
1. Create a welcoming environment for all our parishioners and visitors.
2. Provide religious educational opportunities for adults in our community.
3. Foster a friendly atmosphere of participation and leadership among our youth.
4. Implement a variety of communication systems in order to inform parishioners and the broader community of our activities.
5. Use a variety of liturgical approaches to enrich our worship.
