FAIR NEWS
August 12 - 18, 2007
If you are able to give any time to help at the fair, and have not already signed up, please call the rectory at 748-4594. REMINDER:  Due to the heat all volunteers please remember to bring your water or Gatorade and dress cool in order to stay hydrated. T-SHIRTS – Please come to the Rectory porch on Thursday to pick up the shirts you ordered.	FOOD AND GAME BOTH WORKERS Food Booths will open at 5:00 PM please be there ahead of time to get your booth ready.  Also, the Chairperson for the booth should try to stop by early in the week to make sure everything they need is there. All Game Booth workers report to Parish Center at 5:45PM. Chances: If you have not as yet drop off your chances, please return them to the Rectory or bring them to the fair. Candy Booth: donations needed of all types of candy & nuts.
Kitchen: We will be working in the kitchen every day this week.  We need all the help we can get!!!!!!!!!!!	Jewelry: If you have any last minute items for jewelry and crafts please drop them off at the Rectory.
Crafts:  We are in desperate need of your talents.  Over the past couple of years we have only received a couple of craft items for our booth. We have a large number of very talented members of our church and we need your help and your creations. If your item does not sell and you would like it returned please put your name on your craft and we will be more than happy to return it to you.  All items can be dropped off at the rectory or call 748-4594 and we can have someone pick them up.	Books: Please remember to drop your books off between the RECTORY garage doors if it is after office hours.  During office hours please come into the office or phone ahead so we may have the garage open for you to put your book donations inside.  Do Not take them to the Parish Center please.  Cake Wheel: We will be needing 50 cakes per night of the fair for this very popular booth.
Bake Shop: As always we are in need of bake goods.  We always have people asking for those specialty bake good items only found at the fair and we are only able to supply them by the generosity of so many of you wonderful bakers.	Trash & Treasure: If you can spare any time on Tuesday August the 14th at 5PM to help set up, it would be a great help. The more volunteers we have the quicker we can get the items displayed.   We are not accepting anymore items for Trash & Treasure.
