A Prayer for Our Priests

Almighty God, in your love

you bless your Church with priests,

a sign of your faithfulness to your people.

May our prayerful encouragement,

during this year and years to come,

help them remain faithful to the calling

they have received from you.

As they tend your flock,

grant them a caring heart.

In them may we know the voice of Christ,

our Good Shepherd, who lives and reigns

with you and the Holy Spirit,

one God forever and ever. Amen.

Saint Joseph’s Church in Renovo will hold their annual Festival on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, July 9^th, 10^th, and 11^th starting at 6:00 pm each evening. Special features include all kinds of food, a variety of crafts and a nice selection of games. Mr. “T” will be here on Thursday evening. Come join in the fun!

HELP IS NEEDED THE 1^ST MONDAY OF THE MONTH to bring residents at Susque View to 10:00 AM Mass at the Chapel. You would need to be their by 9:00 AM. Please call the Rectory if you can help.

Thoughts on Stewardship as a Way of Life

Economic crisis can teach us many valuable stewardship lessons. We are quickly realizing that as individuals and as a society we really did not need everything that we wanted. We are also learning to count our blessings and to see that we have been abundantly blessed by God. And, hopefully, we are becoming more willing to share our gifts with those who truly are in need.

Grades 1-6 will meet at the LH Catholic School.
Grades 7-11 will meet at St. Agnes Parish Center.
